I have no idea how model retailing works, but I know from my days buying stock for retail businesses that companies normally give you better discount depending on what you buy. So for instance if you want to pick and choose what you order you might only get 10 percent of suggested RRP, while if you agreed to a 'stocking plan' under which you agreed to take a pre-designated ammount of each item (say 3x class 08, 6x class 25, 10x class 47, etc) then you would get the full 33% discount on suggested RRP on the 'stocking plan' plus any additional orders you have on top of that.
