  1. Today, I have received the contents of my trunk. I live on the West coast of Canada so I might be the last to report a package from Hattons. I will certainly miss the daily ritual of looking at the used items and selecting them for my trunk. The trunk was a god send for me as I wouldn't normally purchase low cost items that costs over 20 pounds to ship. I have asked ROS if they intend to offer a trunk service but the answer was a resounding negative. If no other company steps up and offers a trunk service then my days of buying from the UK are over. Might be good for the bank balance! Cheers Graeme
  2. It appears their website has disappeared or is down for some reason!
  3. Sorry to drag this old topic up again. I put in an order on November 28 last year and paid the same day, yet I have not received my order to date. I live on the west coast of Canada so phoning is a problem but I have emailed Phil several times. On each occasion I have received a reply with a different excuse and a promise to despatch the goods, but the website still says 'Awaiting Processing'. Is anybody else experiencing similar problems?
