    I am using PM rather than clutter the 66 thread even more. Thanks for the tip re the Hornby frogs, that was exactly what my 66 was doing, front nearside wheel hitting the frog and then lifting up and over. I modified the check rail by replacing it with a slightly longer and higher version as my fix. I guess the wheel is still trying to lift and derail but the offside check is now blocking it.

      Public messages should go from the input box at the top of a profile view, clicking the envelope should be a private message.

       

      There's nothing to indicate it's been changed.

       

      @Andy Y, top right messages via the envelope are still private aren't they?

      That may well have been where I wrongly clicked had it actually been a message that needed to be private (I.e. sent from the profile) although in this instance it didn't matter.
