I have a few 0-4-0s which i run regularly. They are small and are good for micro layouts.

I hope James won't mind be gatecrashing this thread to ask if anyone knows whether the NER interlaced turnout is still present on site. I can't state exactly where it is, but it's very distinctive (for those who don't know this is the type that uses normal 'sleepers' for both parts of the turnout, rather than the usual long timber across both diverging lines.
hi Derek. I don't mind you gatecrashing the thread. I think the turnout might be still in use. I'll have a look on Google maps for you.
James.

I now have some GWR and LNER loco/tail lamps that I recently brought at a model railway show. Also, I now own another Albert Hall (as it should be) but renamed and renumbered as 5972 Olton Hall (As many of you might know, it was used as the Hogwarts express in the Harry Potter films). Not much in terms of progress has gone on with the shells. I have been trying to seek parts for both locomotives without success although I now have a few spare wheels which might come in handy one day...

looking good!

The locomotive has NER on the tank sides. so i reckon this was taken before 1923.
