  1. Correction! The photo is dated 2009
  2. Here is one very shiny loco, I think recently outshopped in zb livery. The photo is dated 2010.
  3. These ones are much more trains in the landscape than most of the others
  4. We should finish off this diesel vote with the early prototypes, could include Lion, Falcon, DP2, Deltic, Fell, amongst others, and Clive could vote for the LMS twins again!
  5. Class 47, specifically the shove duff kind in Scotrail livery
  6. Not trains at all, though this is at Grindelwald station. Taken in Sept 2013, I am sure it will be of interest to some of you
  7. Dave, Still looking through the pictures of BOB coaches, have not found a composite yet, just first and second class. They will be there though! In the meantime, I found this, I am not sure it is one of mine to be fair
  8. It is in "Modelling Real Locations" bit of the Forum
  9. Here are some detail photos for anyone thinking of modelling one of these.
  10. All the stations on that line are pretty. I can appreciate the dilemma. Divorce is not good for ones wealth! I kept all my trains, the model of Interlaken was skipped along with a 7mm model of Brechin. Also the Swiss house and another in the UK and my Aston all gone. No price on happiness though. So all good. The last couple of days going through all these Swiss photos has been fun. Must get back to Glasgow Queen Street though! (The current project)
  11. One or two of the chalets in Wengen are about 250 years old, maybe more
  12. The hotel you are thinking of is the Bellevue. I dont think I ever photographed it. Unterseen is lovely, we used to go somewhere there for lunch quite regularly. We were in Wengen in January, emptying the house of 15 years of junk, sold it in February, we were lucky to do all that given what has happened since. David
  13. Pete, these two were taken in Brienz in 2013. Not quite what you are looking for I know, l will look out some earlier ones Cheers David
  14. I think if I was thinking of kitbashing a model to make the HGe4/4 I think I would start with Bemo model of an unrebuilt Rhb Ge 4/4 i. New cabs and different roof detail. The changes to each side would not be too difficult and it can't be a million miles away sizewise
  15. Apparently HRF did make a model of 1992. I found pictures of it on an American website, sold in the last few days (for lots)
  16. Class 27 for me, preferably 2 of them with a rake of six mk2's in between
  17. Lovely photo Dave, please leave it up. I must have sat looking at that view hundreds of times, with an appropriate drink in hand of course!
  18. It really is a magical place. You will remember the attached view, this taken from the balcony of our house
  19. These rather average photos of mine seem to be well received, thanks all for that, so I will keep posting! What I lack in quality is more than made up for by quantity Here some Jungfraubahn.
