Burst blood vessel in left eye apparently. Can't see too much right now but that has more to do with the stuff they've put in my eyes so they can look in.

Last time I had that stuff put in it was a bright sunny day. Very uncomfortable. Be thankful for small mercies. Still hope it's nothing serious.
