Hi does anybody have a photo of 31283 in large numbers livery I need a photo which shows the number nearest to the drivers side to see if it has a kingfisher on that side, I have found plenty of photos showing the other side. Thanks Alan

I am currently building a DJH 02 shunter kit, I have been building it for a few years. I seem to have lost the screws that hold the coupling rods onto the wheels. I have tried to contact DJH with no success, does anybody know what size screws I need as it doesn't tell you in the instructions. Thanks in advance.
Yes it is the OO version. Thanks

I've been busy putting the final detail on locos and wagons this week, and doing a lot of weathering (not that I've had much experience in weathering stock). I finished off the coal tender for the Caley pug, adding step boards and handrails, and gave it and the loco a fair dusting of grime. The 02 shunter got a light dusting as befits a fairly new loco.
Hi I have been building the DJH 02 kit myself, however I have misplaced the screws that hold the coupling rods on, I have emailed DJH without success, can you remember what size they are so I can source some replacements. Thanks

Hi looking at converting a Vitrains 37/4 to a 37/5 variant with the flush front, does anybody know if a conversion kit is available or replacement nose, or if anybody has a 37/7 37/5 nose or bodyshell to sell or exchange. Thanks

Its been a while but got some updates I have built a few more low relief buildings and replaced the loco shed with something that looks less like a box of beer. Next job will be to take off all the track and buildings paint the back scene, when that is done I can sort the points out going to use the wire in tube method for that.
Will have another go at attaching my photos.

Believe they were all the same size, when plaques and plates are printed on locos they are usually bigger than the replacement photo etched part, in my experience anyway.

The 0.7mm pipes are the engine control pipes (yellow) and the air brake pipes (red). The 0.45mm pipes are the main air reservoir pipes (white) which are, as far as I can tell from photos, thinner than the other pipes.
These are the wire sizes which look right to me but I can't guarantee that they are exactly to scale.
David
They look spot on to me, struggling to find 10amp fusewire though. Thanks

What size or wire do you use for air pipes your thread shows 0.45 and 0.7, fantastic work. Thanks

It's a long shot but does anybody have a spare Bachmann 108 DMU radiator, I purchased one off eBay u fortunately it was missing a radiator from the powercar. Or does anybody have a spare radiator 3D printed or cast from resin that would be suitable. Thanks

After a bit more glueing this is my progress so far, even managed to get some track put down only as a test fit though. The cardboard needs to be sealed before I do that. Going to control the points with wire in tube method. Just need to find one of the Bachman single road loco servicing sheds, so if anybody has one going spare. Will upload some more photos tomorrow.

Just need some PVA glue so I can attach the top and side pieces.

I recently purchased some Ikea display cabinets and they came packaged with some very sturdy 20mm strengthened cardboard, they looked like they may be useful as a couple of pieces were quite large and they were put to one side. Later armed with glue gun I set to work building a small baseboard was planning to build a small motive power depot, after a few hours of cutting and glueing this is what I came up with. Let me know what you think and I plan to update my progress as and when time permits.

Not yet just trying to find out how to, cheers.
