  1. I think the Y5 would make a great model and also offer potential for industrial locos. I like the tram one however to keep it quirky.
  2. The camera lingered on Thundersley in the J69 announcement video so perhaps a LTSR class 79.
  3. I would like to see an O gauge J15 and some gresley suburban coaches.
  4. As best I can tell at least 3 were sold to companies in Wales. They were all from the group of 13 J69s and 1 J68 that went to the WD in 1940.
  5. More suggestions you say, I definitely agree with other posters on one of the Colchester based locos that worked the Tollesbury light railway, an earlier version of 68619 and also one of the ex-WD industrial locos.

    Oxford N7

Now that Accurscale have announced a j69 model of the Liverpool st East side pilot, I wonder if Oxford rail could be tempted to do 69614 the West side pilot. (picture from The Colour of steam The Great Eastern line by RC Riely)
  7. 68619 used to travel a bit also as BR took it to exhibitions, open days etc. I have seen a photo of it at Colchester St Botolphs along with a Britannia in the late 50s.
  8. Those that went to the WD (13, j69s and 1 j68) were later sold to industry with at least 1 ending up in Wales.
