Kirley, I can really only help with numbers for the K15 coaches. I have divided them into 2 lists: those which went to CIE and those to the UTA on the break up of the GNR. To CIE: 264 63 65 75 78 93 97 140 168 195 To the UTA (UTA number in brackets): 262 (402) 263 (404) 32 (400) 77 (406) 81 (408) Neither list is complete but as you can see, GNR coach numbering was not exactly logical. I don't know which were wired for operation with the AEC railcars. In regard to transfers, a few suggestions. Studio Scale Models do a full kit for the K15 which I believe includes transfers. An email to Des O'Sullivan might help. Also, Railtec Transfers do some Irish stuff. Finally, there is Sunrise Transfers in Glasgow who do transfers for buses, including the GNR. These might work. I am watching your build very closely as I am pondering buying the Worsley Works bits for the AEC's. Best of luck. Glover

Can I make a claim for the title of being the longest serving reader with the lowest number of posts?! Not an honourable claim I admit but think of us as the "audience". I too remember those early days on the BRM site and the great escape to Rmweb. And those occasions when the tunnel appeared to have caved in! Great to see this layout on this site. A beautiful model of a very individual railway; the last privately owned railway (other than narrow gauge ) in Ireland or the UK when it closed in 1957. Glover

Living as I do in Ireland, I can't really complain about this as I don't pay the UK licence fee. Pay the Irish one though. I have Sky, and therefore get BBC as part of the package but I don't pay for the sports package. The only bit I would normally be interested in is the Spanish league football. I seem to remember that Sky did have F1 for a season or two about ten years ago. I paid for sports at that time and seem to remember that the coverage was pretty impressive, with dedicated in-car channels, follow-the-leader-only channels etc. Given that Sky's revenues are dominated by subscriptions, I doubt that advertising will be that intrusive. BBC losing full coverage is a pity but that's the way of the world. Glover (just finished watching BBC's excellent coverage of Free Practice 2 from Budapest, on the Red button)
