    Just been for our evening walk. Saw the Plough, Orion, Pole Star and Venus in the Pleiades. Moon very bright, crater right on the divider catching the light nicely.

      From where I live in North Cornwall (dark skies area) there is currently a very bright star due west and above the horizon at around 11.pm would that be Venus?
