    has just penned a VERY snotty sarcastic letter to a debt collection agency who were chasing me for a grands worth of someone elses debts!

      If they are annoying also pen a letter to the information commissioners office reporting them for giving someone elses personal data to you (that the other person has a debt), and asking for their data protection officers contact.
