A little confused about your trackplan, you said there was no points but on your diagram there is?? Have you thought about having two straight lines that go from your fiddle yard straight into the shed then that way no points??

Secondly have you given any thought about exhibitions?? If you make the depot at really good standard and make it portable you should have no probs!! If you do want to take your layout to shows give us a shout and I will give you the link

Have you tried Hattons?? They got a pack of three and one thats about to sell out!!

Also try Rails of Sheffield too, they will have them the same as Hattons!
