I have just fitted one of these decoders to an Atlas HO GP38 .
The chip reads as manufacturer I.D.134 model 001.
So far so good. It runs great without any adjustments to the CV settings.

It looks like you have used a insulfrog 3 way point, if so do you have much problems with locos stalling on it?.

Noticed this supplier of youtube, The class 47 sound's pretty good too me.

The layout is looking great, I like the why the Stabling point/TMD area is coming on.
Sorry to hear about you losing your job, the same thing happened to me last year. I was lucky managed to find another job after a couple of months.
