    Why is correcting artwork for etches such a ballache. I suppose it's worth it in the end.

      Better to get it right. In this case it is probably true that the last 20% takes 80% of the effort?

      Yes it's making sure that all the little black construction lines have been moved to the correct layer and hidden and all the tabs truly connect. However it is worth it in the end.
