Hi,
An update, due to some domestic issues, SJPModels will not be developing any models for the foreseeable future, this sadly includes any commissions that I have undertaken.
I'm deeply sad for this to happen, but my arm has been twisted by other issues, I do hope that I can return in the near future, but I can't guarantee it.
Regards,
Simon Paley
Hi Simon,
Quick question, I've ordered one of your modern platform shelters which has turned up damaged, to repair using suitable styrene rods, what would be the safest effective adhesive to use as I don't want to use anything that may attack the plastic used in the 3d printing method, cheers

I've already put in a pre-order for mine. Only problem is with such models is that the interior is the standard bus one with just seats. Some photographs of the prototype have been shown on Facebook and bulkheads and partitions are evident, any photographs/details of the interior available?
Very true, but also true of any limited run model be it a Bristol VR engineering bus, a Breakdown mk1 coach, a Research Department vehicle coach conversion etc.
Having said that, several years ago, a China Motor Bus DMS training vehicle was released by EFE and this featured a one off moulding of the upper deck that did not feature any seats.

Sorry to tell you, it's the combi trailer, again.Just been looking at new list could we be lucky with the Daf 105 Skeletal Trailer Freightliner. Is this a new casting of a 3 axle skeletal trailer ?, when looking at previous Oxford lists container trailers have always been described as combi trailer (D-Tec) lets hope its the basic 3 axle version seen on the roads more than the combi types.

Unusual coloured blue Mk2 Transit, any idea what it may have been used for?

Thanks, yes that makes more sense. Not quite sure why the link in the OP went in that way but there you are.

Will the stabling sidings feature 3rd rail?

Splendid project, will follow with interest, love what you've done thus far. Reminds me of Selhurst for some reason.

Thanks, that's good enough for me and my kinda thinking as well.

Seeing as Hattons are doing both original and revised NSE, am I right in thinking that the revised livery would have been used more widespread, especially following the end of NSE? I am sure I sure a bubble in this livery on the Looe branch but can't remember what version it would have been.

Have I missed something here ? Why is everyone clambering for these Dapol ones have you looked on ebay there are loads of the Hornby ones come on there now !!! I can't understand why ?
In the hope that it overcomes the shortcomings of the Limby version perchance?
Just been on eHattons and ordered six different versions, not quite sure how that happened!

That daft but I like it!

Recently announced by EFE, they haven't been looking at this site by any chance?

Hi kevb,
Thanks for the preview of some future Oxford products,
Can you tell us more? Forecast production dates have been notoriously unreliable, but presumably there are further releases planned and it would be nice to see what else in this vein may be in the pipeline.
PB
Sorry, I can't give you any dates for future releases however if you go to http://www.oxforddiecast.co.uk/navigationOX/76/76IndexALL.html and click on each of the decades shown, you will see the, otherwise, unannounced releases.
If I hear any dates, I will let the forum know.
