  6. I ordered 2 x 40141 for £62 each and 2 x D211 for £124 each on 20th May 2008. The 2 x D211 will have the sound removed and will be sold on, or I may convert one to 40122 / D200

  8. I think that you are getting mixed up with D335 Michael, 40126 (D326) was cut up very shortly after withdrawal (To prevent souvenir hunters apparently)
  9. Bachmann website now shows a release date of July/August for the 40s (Feb/March for D369)

  14. I saw the vehicle on Snowdon yesterday, covered in ebay adverts and stating that monies would go to mountain rescue, all signs were removed as I was there. Cafe and rail staff were obviously not impressed with its arrival overnight. The cafe manager said that the owner was seen on Snowdon summit Wednesday afternoon. Both Llanberis and Ogwen Mountain Rescue teams have stated that they would not accept any proceeds from the sale of the vehicle through this irresponsible act.
