I'll have to pop and have a look on my way to The Weavers tonight. I did pass 1501 on the back of a lowloader a fortnight ago on my way back from work.

With the limited selection of stock available to me it is going to be present day.
The layout will be a representation of my little bit of Switzerland, rather than based on an actual location.

I always know when there is a postcard or photo fair as there are little posters on the lamp posts, same for Swiss rail group. If it was in Railway Modeller I have to shamefully say that I missed it but best thing is probably to talk about it here! The up side of this though is that have found out that 'wollastonblue' must live very close indeed!
I live by St Ambrose Church, and went down to Kidderminster SVR Station on Saturday to collect some tickets the 1940s weekend. I even went down the platform to check out the 5mt that has just come back into operation. There was nothing to say that this was going on. I would suggest maybe a date on the RMWeb events and exhibition calender. I would have thought though that the SVR would have put some form of notice up though.

I didn't know that it was there, and I live across the road! Would have popped in.

Will watch this one. I was tempted to have a go myself in OO. But then realised I'm a muppet when it comes to scratchbuilding. Looking forward to seeing this.

Hi,
Fantastic layout. May I enquire about the 3 Story Townhouses, are they Scratchbuilt or from a Kit? I really like them, and would like something similar on my layout.
Cheers

How about a DRS or West Coast 37, 33, or 47 hauling a rake of Mk1 Pullmans?
-
How about the Pikestuff kits or the Scalescene Diesel Depot? Like what you're doing. Keep up the good work.

If you operate from the front are you going to be able to reach the hidden sidings?
Had this prob myself, course if operating from the back, it doesnt matter unless you cant reach the front!
Or vice versa! lol
As the boards are only 2ft wide, so I have no problem reaching the hidden sidings. Most of the trains will go in one way and then another loco will attach to the front of the train to haul back into the station.
Move Every Mountain.... Help!

I've got some Polystryene Sheets that should do the job. I think I know what I need to do now. Thank you for your advise Dave.
