    Hi Fran. Quick question please. What constitutes an order on your website? I checked my rewards and it said I had ordered 3 times. But under my orders, excluding 2 that are pending/partially paid, I have ordered and fully paid 10 times - 4 locos and 18 wagons spread over 6 orders. Thanks in advance.

      I thought the rewards scheme was there from the start. Your explanation might then account for the difference, so thanks Dungrange. As to public or not, I'm not really bothered which.
