The points deduction associated with Administration has always baffled me; for example, how did going into administration benefit Crystal Palace, or Rotherham or I am afraid Portsmouth DID benefit by spending money they didnt have, on the likes of Defoe, Crouch etc. They won the FA Cup in 2008 with players they couldnt afford. Now you could argue that ALL clubs do that, and that may well be true, But they haven't fallen into money problems, Yet. Now i wish Portsmouth no harm, in fact i hope they stay up if only for the Loyal supporters who have no say in these matters..
