      it was a part used can btw. Laid on its side on a sacrificial tea-towel in case of disaster. A very small drill was used to pierce the side at the highest point, having allowed time for the paint to settle. As the tip pierces, you'll feel the air on your hand move. Stop at that point and let it depressurise a bit. OPening the kitchen window was a good move at this point.
