      Mighty indeed! Can still remember them. Especially 46231 Duchess of Atholl who gave me a warm shower one sunny evening whilst taking on water at Bletchley.

  3. Scanning old family photographs from the 50s and 60s... I'd love to go back there and see what life was actually like for my folks.. and West London looked so tidy then!

      There was a spot between the girders where you could hide and still see the trains when the BTP were clearing the spotters off the embankment.

      Some decent citizen hit my car and bu99ered off recently, two days after I had got it back from body repairs following a previous mishap. I know how you feel when it costs you your own insurance claim.

  9. spent an enjoyable afternoon soaking up the vibes on the North Warks line, before the last semaphores disappear in a couple of weeks time ;o)

  10. Spent the morning drooling over 1960s Mini Coopers then, I come home to see the Dapol N Gauge 22 and Western on here... life is good ;-)

      I earned it chap! I was refused annual leave throughout August as too many were already booked off.... going to enjoy a spot of modelling and (allegedly) some DIY. So I'm told...
