Morning All
Irksome out there
I tried to start the day as normal as possible chores done tidy up a bit have lunch soon and get the paint out this afternoon, It was the normal
gloom and doom on TV this morning so it was turned off but there was a glimmer of hope today that the virus has slowed down it's hoped the measures
in place have done the job it's still 2-6 weeks before anything like normality will return we live in hope.
On Facebook there was a bunch of Pride followers in Reading trying to buck the curfew rules over a demo' about a chicken restaurant I thought that lot had more sense
clearly not the case in that town I hope it doesn't start a trend within the group, aren't people #ecking stupid.
Enjoy it the best you can there are people worse off , stay safe. M.I. Daynoose.

Afternoon All
Glad to hear Chris is back on the move GDB probably the bug I had a month ago not nice it takes your legs from under you, give her our love matey.
I was climbing the walls earlier so I sat down to read a book and woke up 3hours later with the TV playing away to itself, my body clock was all over
the place last week, after the kip I seem to have logged into normal time I've tried to leave the PC switched off and the phone in the draw today spent
too much time on them yesterday.
Enjoy the rest of it & stay safe. Tim E Outt

Evening All word on the streets round here was the supermarkets are rammed all day, you can't get an on-line delivery. masses of shortages
I coasted into the usual Horrorsons carpark about 20% full normally rammed Friday anyway I grabbed a trolley and got in the queue of about 6 people twenty yards long
and I was inside within 5 minutes a guard was on the door checking people in and would you credit it some @rse tried to jump the queue just about everyone went for him he soon left,
I've got enough to see me through to next week apart from milk I will try and limit myself to 1 pint per day normal intake is 2-3 daily there were a few looking down their nose at people with
trolleys but they have locked up the larger ones, there are limits to 3 only of each item at least it seems to be sinking in around here I really did think I would come back with nothing today.

Back to the old wheelie bin stories the local council have cut emptying the household bins back to once a fortnight to reduce staff movements.
Its very quiet around here an Early morning walk round the block in the fresh air at 7am I saw no-one, no cars just birds twittering.

Morning All
Bright and sunny
I've the remainder of my new kitchen turning up today Mr. Defeatist the driver has been told by his officer not to whine in my ear this time perhaps if they had
loaded only the required items last time there would not have been an issue.
Tile removal will continue today I cleared half of them yesterday there is a skip at my daughters house so Thursday they will be dumped when I go and feed the little puppy.
Andy B you drive will sag unless all the substrate whacked down with a tamper they need to go at least 6" down with the cable I would insist the neighbour employ professional
drive layers to put it back, Electricians are renowned for bodging things once they have poked a couple of wires in a block, ask for a copy certificated of the electrical work as the
cable crosses your land by law you are entitled to it and it would be worth asking the Council building inspector his opinion, I think GDB has the answer.
Baz I was hoping to see Ivan (Horsetan) at the Expo EM in May no such luck this year.

Morning All
bright and sunny a frost earlier.
This is brilliant being house bound not.
Did you see all those selfish @rse holes were wandering around mixing with other @rse holes on TV yesterday without a care in the world
Doris will put a stop to that today he was fecking livid yesterday I can't believe this country has so many feckwits and selfish hunts living in it.
I hope my new Babe and I don't fall into this at risk group we were hoping to meet up after a suitable self regulated quarantine period I can't
see that happening soon we will have to be patient.

Manager? Moron more likely. The sh!t should be named and shamed!
Having seen some of Sainsbury's "managers" in action at close quarters and heard about them from The Boss who had 37 years experience of them some couldn't manage a p1ssup in a brewery. *
* Although as in all walks of life there have been some notable exceptions.
Morning All bright and sunny.

it was the case of claustrophobia being shut in for 2 days.

The organic free range semi skimmed milk is usually more expensive.
Spot on there Tony it's orgasmic milk I've just looked, what a load of b#llox if you don't mind my opinion does it give you a better stiffy ??? never heard of the stuff before
I'll be more careful when I'm in a rush mind you it was the last milk in the cabinet.
Went to put up a new roller blind in the kitchen there is a new window put in recently they must have been called CLOWNS "R" US who done the work there is no where to
attach the blind I will have to put in a thin subframe round the window, plaster board won't stand the strain of a blind the screws will come loose over time.

During the last few days most preserved railways announced that they were closing for the duration. Both the Bluebell and Seaton Tramway resisted the trend but by last night had bowed to the inevitable.
On the Main Line nearly all the railtours were cancelled but amazingly West Coast Railways trip from Glasgow to Perth today is running with the ECS currently running a few minutes late according to Realtime Trains. I cannot believe that Network Rail has not done something to stop such services when all the regular services are being reduced.
Your a right old killjoy.

Morning All
overcast and the sun trying to get through
Yesterday as I was passing I picked up some milk in a Tesco's Express normally I pay £1.20 for 4 pints, those rip off B'stards £1.80 won't be using those stores again.
I've food for 2 weeks in the fridge/freezer apart from milk I will ease of my consumption of it to save a daily battle to find some 8 pints in the fridge is normally 2-3 days worth
I should be able to stretch that a bit.

Morning All
Bright and sunny
Yesterday I managed to put up two new venetian blinds in the bedrooms I've finally got rid of the last of old shite hanging around the place apart from the carpet 4 weeks
before that goes in the skip my new Shark vacuum cleaner has pulled an amazing amount of dirt out of them the flat smells a bit sweeter.
I'm glad the bathroom is being renovated to old pan can't cope with large ones I'm using a bucket to flush them the past few days.
Now its washing down walls and coving time in every room with sugar soap the paint won't stick to the layer of dirt on them I'm glad dust don't settle on ceilings.
Police Officer daughter is working late again today I've got to let the little chap out for a pee or he will flood their kitchen.

Morning All
Light rain at present
After a carp day yesterday my daughter who is out of work from the end of the month managed to post a funny on Facebook she has put a brave face on, not one to sit on
her hands and do nothing she has asked her vast army of friends do they know of any jobs going, she is versatile I'm sure she will get something I've offered help her
as much as I can but she turned me down wanting to at least try herself to find work, her sister the police officer was working late last night on overtime she didn't think it
would start so soon so in or out of work everyone has been affected.
My Babe threatened me Sunday after much thought I felt I didn't another nasty ##w around my neck she's history so it's back to the dating forum to find some more fun.
Enjoy your day stay safe Neda W Omann

Morning All
Looks manky outside I will walk later.
More of the same today painting and more painting I think I'd better repair some holes and cracks before the brush hits the wall, I spent more time yesterday moving stuff around
so much in the flat and no garage to store anything .
I took an enhanced redundancy package when I was 58 being totally p!ssed of with being bossed about and stressed out every day I started doing full time on a sideline I had doing for
years home improvements I wished I had started it back when I was 42 when I was first made redundant made enough money to retire at 63 and not draw on any pensions those 5 years
were not totally stress free but I could take time off as and when I wanted to, knowing I could walk away and put my feet up I reduced my hours to 25 per week in the last year and cherry
picked the better jobs.
Coffee time, stay safe. J.M.W. Turner.
