    The mortgage provider is being an orifice. Their underwriting goons annoy me - they've gone from giving money out hand over fist with no checks four years ago, to not being able to recognise a safe borrower if one twanged their braces and danced naked on the bonnet of their Porsche.

      The no checks for four years is the reason the banks needed our help due to none payments. As they say one person spoils it for the rest.
