  1. Keith Many thanks for the info. The Hornby Sapphire does not allow for function mapping and has been removed. Following your comments I bought the TCS EU621. Now everything works fine. Have remapped the F2 function to F3 and have even managed to program the cab lights so they only come on on the opposite end to travel. Nice decoder as well. Thanks again Mike
  2. Thanks to all those that pointed out the problem with the Bachmann 21 pin decoder and the fact that the cab lights only operated at one end. I have now changed the decoder to a Hornby Sapphire and the cab lights can be controlled at each end. The problem I have is that I use the Gaugemaster Prodigy Advance and the function button F2 is a momentary make and not a latch. So if I press F2 the cab light comes on when I press F2 but goes out when I release it. I presume someone may have encountered the same problem and if so I would like to know if and how they have overcome this problem, I don't know whether it is possible to remap the functions from F2 to F3 say. I think this will be a problem with the Prodigy Advance. Any help would be appreciated.
  3. Paul thanks for the info seems to be just what I need. Thanks again
  4. Very many thanks for that, just what I needed.
  5. Does anyone out there know of a source of OO gauge transfers for War Department locos and wagons. Thanks
