The last time the north West of England had a hurricaine, all that was mentioned on the news was strond wind in the north. get a bit of a blow down south and the word has ended. Sorry for any lose of life.
I remember that one. We ended up with a trawler in the middle of the prom road. We'd have only called a hurricane if it had landed on the top of Lancaster Castle!
