  6. A bit more progress today. Have weathered the runner wagons, joined the with the Y couplings to the main crane and added 3 link couplings.
  7. Hi Paul, apologies thought I had replied to this- just getting used to the forum. The rivets are by slaters and come on an a4 sheet. I have seen it done with a rivet tool, like a blunt compass and a hammer, there are also transfers you can get as well. Thanks Richard

  9. Crane progressing nicely, some weathering ahead of starting the transfers.

  12. Currently scratch building a 75t cowans sheldon crane for Dawes Road
  13. Hi Paul, it was a find on ebay which I was lucky enough to drop across
  14. Dawes Road is my 1st venture into O gauge after many years modelling in N gauge. Dawes Road is a small suburban station with small engine shed which serves the nearby Dawes Goods.

    I am pleased to announce on behalf of the Scunthorpe modern image group their second annual exhibtion, which following on from the success of last year is now a two day exhibition. 8 layouts will be attending including 3 N gauge (including DCC controlled), 1 EM gauge and 4 OO gauge, these are a mixture of DC and DCC operated and includes some unseen layouts on the exhibtion circuit. Traders will be in attendance plus the DEMU stand, even Mr Dockerill could be making and appearance and a few of his 7mm locos might be about.... Also something for the wives attending with the husbands - look out for the handmade card stall. Refreshements will be available throughout the day. The location is :- St Lawrences Church Hall, Church Lane, Scunthorpe, DN15 7AE, those travelling by train the railway station is 200yds away - just turn left out of the station and head across the traffic lights and you will see the hall on the left. There will be free parking in and around the Church Hall which is also a bonus Enterance is £3.00 for adults and £1.80 for concessions including children The show will open at 10am on Saturday and close at 5pm, and at 10am on Sunday and close at 4pm
