Modellers decals and paints

Hi Terry

Do you mean the special paper clear & white you print on from your computer, spray with a gloss varnish. Then you have your decal?

If so I've used it a couple of times with fairly good results. Two things I've found....

1) sometimes if you spray the print too heavily it leaves a thick edge which can be tricky to hide

2) wish there was white ink for my printer grrrrr!

If you have access to a laser printer - use that with the appropriate paper and no need to seal it with varnish.

Think about using white paper and "reverse" printing. I made white lettering on a black panel by making a negative version and printing the black.
