mozzer models Posted January 28, 2015 Author Share Posted January 28, 2015 i have been building 2 Backwoods Miniatues O-9 locos The 1st is the one with the engine on show & this make very little room for the DCC chip but there is room for a Digitrax DZ126 heres the chip fitted to the Kato 11-103 chassis 001 by Mozzer models, on Flickr & here you can see how little room this is 002 by Mozzer models, on Flickr But the chip sits were the Sump of the engine casting should go 003 by Mozzer models, on Flickr so i have removed the sump 004 by Mozzer models, on Flickr 005 by Mozzer models, on Flickr Now the engine sits better 006 by Mozzer models, on Flickr with the engine i have replaced the hoze to the radiater with thick brass wire & also driled a 0.7mm hole though the bulkhead all the way to the engine so thw i can pin this in plae once painted Still need to add some more detail like the fan, exhaust & airfilter but heres how thinks are at Lunch time by the way on my screan in the photos the loco is over twice the size of the model 007 by Mozzer models, on Flickr 008 by Mozzer models, on Flickr Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
