I am fairly sure the consumer contracts regulation (for the UK) would protect customers and would require a replace / refund if the package gets lost / stolen, regardless of choosing / or not the "upsell" of "innsurance" It would be interesting to see if the attach rate Navidium has sold them on will be worth it.
