I am an Architect and moved with my family (my wife and two boys) from London to Barcelona in 2007 in search of a different quality of life. I had previously spent almost 11 years working with Norman Foster's studio where the first project I was involved with was the extension of the train shed roof for St Pancras International. I  set up a small architectural practice in Barcelona with my wife (also an Architect) but the timing with the economic situation led to us relocating back to London in 2013 where I am now working as an Architect in an interesting International practice.

I used to model N gauge but made the decision to move to 2mmFS 25 years ago to try and progress my own modelling skills, however it took 20 years before I restarted my modelling having lost interest once I began my architectural studies.

As my age increases and my eyesight and patience suffers I find myself drawn more and more to 7mm scale...
