Picked up a copy of the Pete Waterman book on his layout from Ian Allan for only 4 quid. Bit of a missed opportunity unfortunately; nice photos (especially the Chris Nevard ones) but with a very thin text (reads like it was transcribed straight from Pete talking), appallingly proofread for what should be a prestigious hardcover, and with little to set the layout in context. Can't believe there isn't a track plan.
