Thanks in advance. Andy Depending on your project, an Electrotren Santurce or Barracaldo has a chassis almost equal spacing and size, at half the price. TheDoncasterK3 Posted May 5, 2020 Share Posted May 5, 2020 I do believe the B2 chassis has equal wheel spacing though, which is a nice bonus. Not to mention it probably runs better and hauls more since it's more lower geared and heavier than the Electrotren. Then again i've never owned an electrotren and may be underestimating it. I believe (subject to confirmation) that High Level are planning a kit for a B2 chassis, so you might (eventually) find that P4 and EM modellers could be willing to part with their Hornby ones? Thanks in advance. Andy I suggest you buy a complete model, make sure it is a good runner, and then put the empty box and the body shell on eBay.
