Help to identify coach type

I am attempting to identify the coach in this terrible video still frame. I am thinking some kind of mk1 parcels but I can't find an exact match online.

I think it was shot in the late 1980s (1988?) in the midlands, probably the WCML. The loco is 8500?

Many thanks for any assistance.

I'm not sure if a mk1 BG is available in this livery with B4 bogies, but both Hornby and Bachmann provide the coach RTR in this livery.  Swapping out bogies is not difficult, so long as you use the same fitting on the replacement bogie as the original; there are 3, Hornby 'full fat', Hornby Railroad, and Bachmann.  Once you've got the right B4 bogie, it is simply a matter of pulling the old bogie off and plugging the new one in.  Then you may wish to remove vacuum brake equipment from the underframe and replace with air brake, and provide ETH connections.  Lettering on the end of the coach should indicate that it is suitable for 100mph running.
