RexAshton
I have acquired a David Geen kit for this but don't have any instructions. Would any of you lovely people happen to have a set or possibly a photo of the underside of the model showing the brake gear? Many thanks.
RMweb Premium Siberian Snooper Posted October 13, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 13, 2021 I have an unopened Great Western Wagons Y2 kit, whichI presume is the same as the David Geen kit. I don't know how well the destructions will scan, but I will give it a go at the weekend.

John That's very helpful John. Mine is is 4mm so probably a bit simpler.
RMweb Premium Siberian Snooper Posted October 16, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 16, 2021 Hopefully you have a PM with 6 pages of attachments. After a struggle, the computer didn't want to play, then the laptop couldn't find the drivers, but I got there in the end.

I'm doing 7mm now and like to detail underframes which often takes quite a bit of research and extra effort (even in 7mm, a lot of kits are a bit sparse under the solebars). No reason IMO, why the 4mm modeller can't add extra detail to kits. I was starting to do that just before my road to Damascus moment with 7mm.
