sidmouth Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 To commemerate the 50th anniversary of the end of rail operations at Penrhyn quarry this years Threlkeld Maining museum gala , took on a Penrhyn theme with Lilla and Hugh Napier visiting from the Ffestiniog Railway , Sybil Mary and Marchlyn from Statfold and Stanhope from Apedale . I was very taken by this line up of locos outside the shed, there's something pleasantly model railway-ish about it, but I loved this image from the footplate.
