RMweb Gold Scottish Modeller Posted March 13, 2016 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 13, 2016 Hi all, What do I mean? When doing a major project - like detail and repaint of a model - there are always times when you just have to wait. Like? Between fitting the details and painting the model - Glue setting time! Waiting for the primer to dry before you can do anything else. Waiting for the final paint coat to dry before you can decal the model. Yep - those unavoidable gaps in the process! I tend to fill these gaps with a bit of alternate modelling. Usually a quick rummage around will reveal some items that need work on to make the model complete. An example will follow shortly! Thanks..
