mjcbasingstoke
Hi has anyone found a suitable decoder for the USA Tank. I have tried one (a Liasdcc 6 pin) but it was to high and couldn't get the body back on.
devonseasider
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Bachmann 36-558A fits with no physical problems although it does seem to need quite a bit of tweaking to give good, smooth running.
SRman
That's interesting information, Graham. i asked Kernow to include a Bachmann decoder in the package when they eventually send it. I was wondering how well it would behave with this relatively cheap decoder.I was considering finding something a bit "higher end" but I also need to know what will fit and what will not. Could anyone else who has fitted a decoder please let us know what brand you used and how well it fitted, and also how ell it ran, please?
