I've been playing trains since about 5 years old and Triang days on and off. Tinkered with Grafar N a few years ago but in the last four or five years I've got back into 00 scale. I have had a couple of aborted attempts to build a home layout but size was too confined so now I decided to go larger and work is under way. I joined a local club a couple of years ago and have built a small end to end exhibition layout and that got the enthusiasm going to do something more detailed at home and it's got to the track laid, wired and running stage and now needs a bit of fettling then on with the scenics.
