rockershovel
This is really getting complicated, and I've got to be careful not to wind up in nip. So I will venture a Hamersmith and City Hustle to LADBROKE GROVE This could be a long one... you'll have had your tea?
Andy Y
I know I have been no ANGEL As long as you keep your Arnose Grove clean you should be OK now.

Jamiel
A historic move, as the new addition will be good company forKing William Street (1990, Northern)
letterspider
Obviously not a straight line but it is possible, due to the right of ascension, on to Mornington Crescent

37409
Unfortunately it's a valid move under the 1964 re-write of the Sandringham Shuffle (more a clarification than a re-write, but who are we to argue?) The next question is; Is a Sandringham Shuffle allowed given we're playing extended laterals?
letterspider
No idea either way - is this a Balmoral Dilemma ? As you took it back a few decades I suggest we start a new round at Kingsway (old Holborn)
MarcD
I'm feeling religious this morning so St Pauls Marc
RMweb Premium 45156 Posted September 8, 2017 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 8, 2017 Hmmm difficult, but with the Central fully in play and also extended laterals in play, I can exercise the wild card that Barry granted me years ago when I met him, I'll do a District Turn to TURNHAM GREEN Now get out of that - and don't forget that it puts the entire Piccadilly in nip. letterspider
That move completely baffled me. However I got some inspiration from watching Uma THURMAN films and eurekaa! I think I can play a Moebius transform, double entendre tangential to PALMERS GREEN and I believe that is forcing play Soutbound only for at least the next move
RMweb Premium 45156 Posted October 19, 2017 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 19, 2017 Oi Letterspider, you have baffled us for a month now, so I'll just have to revive the game with Brixton
letterspider
All trains to Brixton are Terminators so I suppose the best place to be on Judgement Day would be to take a train to TEMPLE

Jamiel
A cheeky reverse alphabetical move......Elm ParkJust hoping no-one uses any dastardly Dutch insect moves to undermine that move. Edited November 13, 2017 by Jamiel

Jamiel
Looks like we might have been in 'nip' for a week, so to restore some of those trees.COLLIERS WOOD
eastwestdivide
Combining the colliers' wood with the coal they dug up, we probably end up at BURNT OAK
rovex
Goodness, we seem to be going round in circles, So with "Circles" [line] in mind and whilst maintaining our woody theme ROYAL OAK
Jamiel
What rules are we playing? Three Oaks in four moves, including one reverse! I think I must invoke 'Rule 8' If ye wilt come unto Mornington CrefentStray not within the bounds of the mighty Thames.Nor can Tyburne be reached without sacrifice ofRuffels Square, Cock Fofters, or Feven Fifters.Diagonals must be locked until a loop is played in the Central Zone. RMweb Premium 45156 Posted November 26, 2017 RMweb Premium Share Posted November 26, 2017 Ouch, but I won't use the wild card that Barry Cryer gave me when I met him a few years back (lovely bloke), but that move only has one answer, RAVENSCOURT PARK. An obscure move, I know, but it conforms to Stovold's third convention which allows a wild DIstrict move with locked loop diagonals, and it unlocks them again, but also puts the Northern into spoon so a move to MC cannot be stolen from here. HA HA HA.
