In the Apps and content tab at the top of the page there is access to RMWebs own picture editor which allows you to resize a picture to less than 1MB (the max for the site.) I have only uploaded a few photos, and none recently which needed the Editior, so I cannot remember the actual process, but if I can do it, everyone can. Ask Allan Downes!
