Nah Porcy, I prefer an Indian. It's less further to travel, and if it comes via the Tarka Trail of North Devon it will be a little otter.

Some amazing looking layouts there!

 

I can't believe this wasn't advertised locally. I live in Gnosall, about a 10 min walk from the village hall and would have loved to have gone, oh well, back to building the garden railway :D

We'll blame Old Gringo; we did ask him to nip round and tell everyone in the village! Or stick a flyer in the Co-Op.

 

Most of the publicity was via here, UK model shops, Facebook and the magazine's exhibition listings pages.

 

It was still a well-attended and successful event; there's a surprising number of modellers in the village and the surrounding area, they even have clandestine meetings in the room above a pub each month!
