Great pics there gents wink.gif

She came storming down the bank from Watford Lodge into Rugby this morning, and caught quite a few of us out on the overbridge near D.I.R.F.T.

Managed two shots of it but can't get them off my camera for some reason!

Wow thats a lovely pic of her.

I managed to get a few shot of her on the haversham viaduct this morning

Thanks Porkie,

We were lucky, there were about 15 people 300yds further south on the other side who had their view wiped out by two Pendolinos passing on the up/down fast lines at just the wrong time. How unlucky was that!

The sun came out at just the right time.

Here's something i've been pondering over, in my video (

), at about 0:50 steam is shut off and the brakes are applied. This coencides for when the signal for the Attleborough loop is sighted, which i'm sure was a solid double yellow with the feather lit for the diverging line. Another video from Nuneaton shows it on the down slow through P2, and at speed.

Does this junction have approach control, and what is the line speed for the loop...? It looks like a canny late braking move to slow the train down...
