Perfect Paul
Excellent photos. When do we get to see a video of the whole layout in action ?
Psiborg
Excellent photos. When do we get to see a video of the whole layout in action ? Cheers Paul I tried uploading a video to the test section at the weekend, but it wouldn't work. When I tried uploading the same small clip to YouTube it said it would take over an hour to upload. So it looks like one will only appear if someone else puts one online as the only videos I can record are with my phone! The poor quality isn't worth how long it would take to upload it! Psiborg
CLASS 158 Don't get excited! it's not a new release! It is a sound fitted repaint of the older Bachmann model with an express models lighting kit and door open lights. It is numbered 158889, which is the set on long term loan from South West Trains and as such carries a slight livery variation to the rest of the East Midlands Trains 158s! The repainted livery isn't perfect, but it's better than not having one! The real 158889 on The Robin Hood Line at Hucknall in 2015 heading towards Nottingham Finally a picture taken in April 2017 at Langley Mill showing 158866 leading with 158889 bringing up the rear on a Liverpool to Norwich service - note the 'blip' in the blue part of the livery on the standard EMT set Simon Edited May 23, 2022 by Psiborg reload photos

vulcan product fan
Another super set of photos mate the bike with the lights is something different and very smart The head on shot of the 153 is very nice pal keep the pics coming
Psiborg
like the ground aspect signals mate very smart and the robinhood signs on the goods shed (waiting room) and platform top is a real smart touch . The shelter's proper metal-work was going to be difficult to reproduce... ...so inspiration came in the form of the Robin Hood Line arrows in this picture taken at Mansfield Station in 2015. (I knew I had the photo somewhere and I just come across it looking for something else!) The finished shed can clearly be seen in this picture taken by Shaun at the Trowell Show Simon

Psiborg
Yesterday, Shaun and I brought the layout over to the new house to get it ready for the show. The track was cleaned then the points and signals were tested before test running commenced. Everything ran smoothly and we were more than happy with it. If any of you see us at the show, say hello, Simon

Most of the photographs were similar to the previous exhibition photos, however, a move not attempted at the other show was running the full RHTT set into the platform.
