iPhone photots

Is it possible to drop a photo into a RMweb post directly from my iPhone? I know how to do it via my desktop.

Yes it is, but you will need to click the 'full version' button in Safari and then 'choose file' and you should see the option to open your photo library on the iPhone.

Yes, but you may need to 'downsize' it, to avoid it getting rejected as too big.

 

There are apps to do this for you, but I simply crop the photos in the 'edit' function on the iphone, so that what I post is usually the least boring half/third of the snap as originally taken.

Isn't the upload limit 32MB per file now? Doubt the iPotato camera is that high Res that they'll need shrinking for that.

Though if most of the picture is dull...

I do it all the time. I usually resize the images by cropping anyway but I’ve never had any issue with uploading straight from my iPhone.

You might be right actually, I haven't checked for ages, and it's easier to 'compose by cropping' anyway - the iPhone is a pretty amazing camera, with a truly awful viewfinder for many conditions.
