Looking at the table for CV 20/26 are reserved for future use so perhaps one of those could be easily used to extend addresses to 6 digits even if the first two were coded using BCD (binary coded decimal).

 

I keep a log of numbers and decoders in an excel document, a copy is stored on the mobile so can be referenced without needing laptop.
