blueeighties
Built a few of these now, JLTRT air compressor tanks for 7mm class 26s. Unfortunately this is my last one, and I could do with a few more. Can anyone recommend someone who could maybes produce these, for instance as a 3d print? tank by rothburyuk, on Flickr tank c by rothburyuk, on Flickr tank a by rothburyuk, on Flickr
rue_d_etropal
With suitable drawings(or at least measurements), it does not look that tricky. Probably do the cylinders as one section(various options for type of fine plastic/resin), and frame with pipes in another.

Or both? And as stated above it's very much straightforward and you just need to give some basic dimensions. Especially what looks like lugs to fix the whole setup to the body. John_Hughes
Wouldn't it be better to print the frame without the pipes and then add them in wire? Just curious...
cal.n
Wouldn't it be better to print the frame without the pipes and then add them in wire? Just curious... That’s what I was going to suggest, but in 7mm, you may get away with printing wires. If you post some dimensions, I could have a go?
RMweb Gold chris p bacon Posted March 18, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 18, 2018 Either 3D print or cast the tanks and support frame in resin. I'd make up some simple formers and bend the pipework up in rod, it would look 10x better.

D6775
Lee if you get anywhere with this and need to do a minimum order I'd gladly have a couple if it helps. I've got the bug now and will be on the lookout for another one!
