RMweb Premium carlwooduk Posted June 25, 2018 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 25, 2018 I am working on a model of the Fairford Station for my next project and came across a pic of the PW hut open with a Motorised Trolley awaiting its next job. A very light weight machine, with a canvass hood; ideal in hot weather like today! Goal is to scratch build a non working model of this and would welcome any pointers to other ref photos or information.

RMweb Premium carlwooduk Posted June 26, 2018 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted June 26, 2018 Fairford project is set late 50's early 60s. Model will be from road over bridge to end of the line with practically no compression. I have gone down finescale N track route - layout will be 9ft by 18 inches plus end traverser. I must start a new layout thread.
RMweb Premium PhilJ W Posted June 26, 2018 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 26, 2018 The power of RM web , thank you to you both for the information and great one survives. There are several survivors, a bit like a sports car version of the normal Whickham fare.

I don't know whether N-brass Models can help you ? ......... they seem to have an interest in Wickham trolleys in various scales !
