Have any of these been produced as 4mm scale kits?

 

I seem to remember that there were some in the BSL range?

The two earlier diagrams were definitely available from Phoenix ( nee BSL ) and the post nationalisation ones were to be produced too - though design work may not have been completed : try Chris at sales@srg.org.uk .....
