It came with an English printed manual, and with V2 firmware already installed and set to English. If you by an LH101 from Germany it's going to come with a German manual and set to German, but it's easy to set the language to English - see https://www.aandhmodels.co.uk/lenz-lh101-getting-started-1934-c.asp I would also ensure that the LH101 has V2 pre-installed.
