Anoying pop up tags

Hi All

 

During the last few visits to the forum I have been getting an anoying tracker icon poping up, when I click on it, I get the other one. If I click on the x, it comes back when I change to a topic or back to the list. The icon is the purple rectangle at the bottom right.

 

Any ideas on how I can get rid of it please.

You need to either adjust your web browser extensions settings or remove Ghostery if it’s bothering you too much.

Thanks, but how do I go about that, I'm a bit of a thicky when it comes to that sort of stuff.

Click on your Ghostery icon at the top right (the blue ghost). Then click on the three vertical dots in the top right of the window that appears, select settings.

Click on Purple Box on the left menu, then untick the box shown below.
